Our studio was established in 2004, after many years of experience and practice in the field of rehabilitation, Pilates and healthcare, with the goal to help achieve physical and mental balance. We pride ourselves in taking exceptional care of our clients and we strive to constantly move forward, to learn and to follow the latest knowledge in the field. Our aim is to create a friendly and family atmosphere, and therefore we choose a personal approach to each our client.

 

Our studio is located in a quiet area on the castle hill, with good parking possibilities and accessibility by public transport. We focus on the rehabilitation and Pilates. Our professional team is comprised of physical therapists and experts in physical education and sport. As one of the few centers in Slovakia we meet all the requirements of a fully equipped Pilates studio. You will find Pilates apparatus (machines) - Reformer, Cadillac, Wunda Chair, Ladder Barrel and equipment - Spine Corrector, Magic Circle, Thera-Band, Foam roller, Core-Band, Fit balls, over balls, Ron Fletcher's towel and more.
